HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I paid for overnight courier on Friday 25th February 2022 at around 11h45. Firstly, instead of the package being collected the very same day it was only collected around 15h30 on Monday. Logged a query on the company's live chat and spoke to Shane. Shane advised me that overnight courier takes 1-2 working days, excluding the collection day. I expressed my unhappiness with anal service I got from them, and then Shane advised that my parcel is expected to be delivered on Wednesday. It's now 17h57 Wednesday and my parcel has not been delivered as yet.
