Absolutely ********** service. Parcel supposed to be dropped off on Thursday 11 Feb, nothing. Promised delivery on the Friday, still nothing. Promises made to be dropped at my home the Saturday morning, surprise surprise, they arrive but accidentally left the parcel at the depot, how stupid. Promises and calls made for definite delivery on the Sunday morning, guess what? Nothing AGAIN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY DELIVERIES!! Also note that they don't ever respond to ANY of these complaints, they just don't care!!
