The Port Elizabeth branch is completely useless, they don't pick up half the time and the other half of the time they pick up and immediately end the call, and I am not the only one that has experienced this, if you look up some reviews you will see the same thing happening to others, if you somehow manage to get through you're either met by the one lady who is actually friendly or the others who have no idea how to talk to a customer and have a really bad attitude. This is very unfortunate because the CPT and JHB centers are so wonderful. Having this experience leaves a really bad taste in the mouth and forces us to use other services. I have used them around 5 times and only once have I gotten my package on time
