Attention THEFT alert.

Everyone please note we have had endless theft from TCG Jhb warehouse. It's becoming worse and worse where they cut open our parcels mainly boxes and re-seal them.

The Courier Guy has not once compensated us for theft due to our goods being smartphones. Even though it's clear that the parcel lost weight from being collected to arriving in their Jhb warehouse.

Avoid using TCG at all costs as your business will lose money with valuable parcels being intercepted by their staff members or drivers while in transit.

We will close our TCG account and just wanted to warn future customers of the high risk of theft when using The Courier Guy service.
