High level of Incompetency, Never use Courier Guy

What an awful customer service experience, my parcel was submitted 30Nov from JNB to CPT,arrived Yesterday and met with the driver who later realized it's not with him but another driver servicing another area, driver refused to arrange delivery as it's outside his area but parcel is In his Van,all of them are *********** from drivers to call center staff and senior management are from the same cloth,never dealt with such *********** people, Don’t ever use them for delivery
