Henny and Precious in Sandton Offices

Honestly zero stars. A package was delivered to me by one of the delivery men and what a mess he was. Firstly, the complex in which we stay in, security may let you up to someone's apartment if you specifically give the name and unit number of the person visited (only applicable to delivery people might I add)... And so security granted this man permission to come up to my apartment. Man was knocking outside my door, but I can barely hear anything as I'm wearing headphones, the knock sounded distant and my first instinct is it's my neighbor's door + if the knock is for me, the person will call me, as security and my friends do have phone number. Now according to my neighbor (because I can't necessarily hear) this man continued to knock, screamed my surname and attempted many times to open my burglar door and door thereof. Now when the music on my headphones paused for a minute, I heard a loud demanding bang on my door as though something bad is happening... So I jumped out my bed and headed to the door. I open, and spot this short man wearing a jacket written The Courier Guy and I looked at him so confused. He then proceeded to say "Oh I've been knocking and told myself I'll wait until you open as I saw your key in the door knob" Boy was I so confused and defeated. Signed for the package and proceed inside. Now, I need for you to understand, I did not hear how loud the knock was until my neighbors came to "CHECK" on me as they believed something was wrong. They then explained how he knocked and kept screaming my name and tried many times to open my door... So many wrong things all in one

1. If client is failing to answer the door, why do you not call me? 2. If I'm not opening, does that give you the right to peep through my door knob, might have also peeped through my kitchen window I presume 3. If I do not answer the door, does it mean, you HAVE to try and force entry?? Making me seem like I did something wrong by receiving delivery? 4. How loud must you knock AND SCREAM in such a way that raises eyebrows to neighbors and have them believe I may be in harms way??? 5. Also if he did manage to open my door, was he going to waltz into my apartment and room thereof on some "Hey, here's your package" it doesn't make sense!!!

Think the most upsetting thing is when I reported this to The Courier Guy, specifically was transferred to Henny (forgive my spelling) and later to Precious (who is Henny's manager), they assured me they would get Operations on this matter and provide me feedback once action has been taken as this will be dealt with internally. It has been over a week and the last time I called as so to check if has something been done yet, it seemed they had not yet taken action against this man. In a country where GBV and Femicide is such serious offenses, I honestly do consider this a violation of my privacy. Courier Guy failed me.
