Hennenman parcel sent to Cape Town

My parcel was collected from Pretoria suppose to be delivered to Hennenman free state, but The Courier Guy decided to send the parcel to Cape Town? I really cannot understand how they operate. I needed the parcel for my class, but had to cancel on 12 people because of 1 *********** co
