Excellent help from Karabo Rampete who fought tooth and nail to help locate a missing parcel. I'm very grateful to the agents at courier guy who have helped me in the past, would just like to highlight the excellent help I've received from Karabo Rampete these past few days ✨👌I understand that drivers do make mistakes, they are only human, but the fact that these things actually do get sorted out is extremely comforting. Will continue to use Pudo and courier guy as long as everyone continues to stay on the ball and continues to work hard to resolve issues! Would like to suggest that they bring back sending notifications to receivers when a parcel is on the way and please allow us to see how many lockers are booked at a location at a time. Thank you.
