Help with wrong drop-off locker

I made a mistake sending my parcel to a wrong locker. I first spoke to Amanda who tried to help me, but it seems that she hadn't encounter such mess as I created. I was then promptly transferred to Patricia who then explained how I should go about resending my parcel. Hopefully my parcel will reach the intended person soon.
