HELP WITH COLLECTION TODAY TENDER DOCUMENTS
i need urgent help with collection today, i booked a collection just after 15:00 and the website said collection will be today before 17:00 i paid then to my surprice when i receive the tracking number it said this will be collected tomorrow, i need this tender documents by friday in randburg. i reached out through the whatsapp line no one answered my texts, i called the customer care the guy who answered simply said there is nothing he can do today i mean i am a customer i know nothing about cut off times of 15:00 can this be collected today please. tomorrow there wont be anyone to handover the parcel to your driver and also i need this submitted latest Friday.
