Hazardous Driving and Poor Customer Service

I have no complaints about The Courier Guy’s courier service itself—it's excellent. However, the reckless behavior of your drivers on the road is a serious hazard, and your call center service is even worse.

I travel daily on Malibongwe Drive, passing the intersection near your main warehouse, and I witness your drivers consistently breaking national traffic laws. This includes:

*Skipping stop streets *Driving in the yellow lane to bypass traffic *Speeding and overtaking where it is prohibited I strongly urge you to conduct an independent review—station an unmarked vehicle at the intersections near your office, Cosmo City Mall, and River Road between 6:30-7:30 AM and during the afternoon delivery rush. You will see firsthand the level of disregard for road safety.

Previously, one of your drivers nearly hit my car after skipping a stop street. When I reported it to your call center, I was told they needed a tracking number to assist me—completely irrelevant to my concern.

Today (around 1:30 PM – 1:45 PM), your driver, Reg JY61BSGP, skipped the intersection at Boundary Road (traffic light not working) without even slowing down, nearly causing a major accident.

When I attempted to report this:

First call: I was told there are multiple operations divisions, and they couldn't assist me. I was then hung up on. Second call: I was hung up on again. Third call: I was told there was nobody in operations until 2 PM due to shift handover. After being transferred, I waited six minutes on hold before giving up. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The fact that a company of this size cannot handle serious safety concerns in a responsible manner is alarming. I hope management takes urgent action before a serious accident occurs.
