Hate the lies

I am always making purchases online and have never experienced such . It's been 2 days now I will receive a text letting me know my parcel is out for delivery at 9 will receive a text saying failed delivery attempt customer unreachable . I literally had my phone in my hand the whole time no missed call nothing from a delivery person 2 days in a row without fail . Their support line never gets answered the watsapp chat is a bucket robot that understands nothing. Super frustrated as I really need and bought the item in time first time experience and never using them again.
