I am very grateful for the service I received from Zenobia Thomas, who went an extra mile for me to get my package, and Kyle Govender helped us to receive my Parcel after the operational manager was not available, after numerous attempts of calling the driver and operational manager. I have been having a bad experience with your company, but from today, I am very pleased with the service I got from these ladies. They know customer service, and they do a follow-up on the case or escalation that was logged. Please give them a raise or a higher position. Zenobia Thomas and Kyle Govender, you are the best.
