Happy customer

I'm quite happy with The Courier Guy's excellent service today. Thanx to Demandre van Rooyen for the constant communication until the last moments to ensure that the online payment was sorted out. Roodepoort's The Courier Guy's team illustrated their commitment and dedication by means of a video call in order to "check" if i'm a human after requesting reversing of the transaction because I wrongly paid them instead of Phalaborwa branch! It made a good laugh on both sides. Phalaborwa's The Courier Guy team has gone the extra mile with customer care regarding the pick up of the parcel, once again they're pretty good at what they do. I am always pleased with The Courier Guy's excellent customer care. A big thank you to you all.
