I called the morning to make sure when my package will be collected and delivered, so i called the call centre, they advised pick up by 12 and delivery between 4pm and 5pm, at 14:.30 i get a mail to say that no one was here to sign for the package, but it looks like, when you cant answer a customer you just hang up the phone....
