Gross negligence and Recklessness

If I could give a negative star rating I would! The level of incompetence and carelessness I have experienced this past week is appaling.

First it takes 3 whole days for my package to be collected from the drop off locker, then another 2 days for it to be finally delivered. That's not even the worst part, I received a code to collect the parcel only to find an empty locker!?

Please explain to me how such recklessness was allowed to happen!? My daughter's asthma pump was in that package and yet it goes missing ? Deeply disappointed and disgusted my this. After having used your service, I had recommended it to everyone I know, I now regret it!

I need answers now!! What happened to my package??
