Great Service - wish for more Stars!

I have to credit where credit is due - I was struggeling to make my payment on my parcel and could not get it right. I was assisted by Juan Swart (I hope i got the spelling correct) who was one of the most professional & patient agents i have dealt with in a while. He supported me effiecently and was so calm. I will definitley use their services again if this is the calibre of people i get to deal with!

These days people can be so rude over the phone and this guy was great!
