Great Service Courier Guy

Followed up on waybill today after collection was yesterday.Logged on the chat option and determined that collection was not done .Unknown collection.When asked why driver did'nt phone contact number the agent went missing.Phone there landline number and answer was the same .Agent told me attempt will be done today for collection and will ask driver to phone collection number .This puts our deliver added with a day .I asking them to give me feedback they said i would have to phone back in a hour.Great service Courier Guy
