GREAT SERVICE AT THE COURIER GUY , THE BRIDGE, BELLVILLE

Hi, I went to the branch of the Courier Guy at The Bridge in Bellville as I wanted to send a package via Pudo (I had a bad experience a few days ago sending a parcel via Pudo at Shell Centra Bellville but as I am still awaiting feedback from them I will write a review once I have heard from them).

Yesterday at The Courier Guy in Bellville I had a great experience of EXCELLENT SERVICE from a staff member by the name of Keaton. From the minute I walked in his attitude was one of eagerness to help and he led me through the process of sending my parcel via Pudo with friendliness. My previous experience with Pudo at Shell Centra and my struggle with their online assistance which is still not resolved, made me hesitant to use Pudo but Keaton changed my attitude towards Pudo - GREAT WORK KEATON !!

If there is something that The COURIER GUY could give attention to is the "weak Wifi" signal at that branch location. Keaton did mention that they were aware of the problem and is awaiting a solution - please guys, assist in this matter as this will make your service even GREATER.
