Got the best service from Simone Lemmetjies at The Courier Guy help line. I dropped a parcel off at one of the kiosks and my parcel yesterday and was not book in as yet. She escalated the matter to the kiosk as I could not reach them. She was very helpful and listened to my query. Thank you, Simone, for the lovely service
