Great Service
<p>On Saturday the 27 May 2017 at around 12h00, I dropped a letter at The Courier Guy offices in Roodepoort - to be delivered to Pietermaritzburg by close of business on the 29 May 2017. I phoned the recipient in Pietermaritzburg on the 29 May 2017 at 10h43 - and they confirmed that they had indeed received the letter that morning . I was impressed. I was particulalry impressed by the level of profsssionalism displayed by a Courier Guy employee - her name is Laurinda. She works in the Customer Service section. She was very professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable all the way. The company must retain this employee!</p> <p>I must mention that prior to deciding on using The Courier Guy, I had made enquiries at DHL and FedEx. The level of service and response from their Customer Service consultants was below par, compared to The Courier Guy. I was not impressed at all. The Courier Guy did a great job, at a fraction of what DHL and FedEx were going to charge me! It just goes to show that you do not have to be big - to be efficient. </p>
