Great professional service turned an incorrect delivery into a pleasant experience.

I was expecting a parcel I had been excited to receive all day. By 17:18 I received a notification that my parcel was delivered, only it wasn’t delivered to me! I couldn’t reach anyone by phone because it was past their office hours and so I thought that’s it, I’ve lost my order.

I sent an email to their support address and a WhatsApp to their main number. Amazingly enough I received replies from both and my issue was resolved so quickly the next morning I could hardly believe it.
