Great Customer Service: Masrina Milanzi, The Courier Guy

After being sent from pillar to post / left and right, by The Courie Guy consultant not sure if my parcel was still with the driver or back to the Wearhouse, My Dear Masrina Milanzi (I suppose she is sharpest) amongst the 4-7 consultants i spoke with before her. Her skills of calming assuring and giving precise update on my parcel was exceptional marinated with a good sense of humour.
