Great customer service

Ziaan Sechel was a really good consultant. I needed to get a package sent urgently and he took the time to help me and put my mind at ease. He answered all my questions and kept me updated on where the package was and when it will be delivered. (Sounds silly but this package needed to be sent urgently). Also this was my first time using Courier guy

It felt like a personal how he dealt with the issue and contacted me at various occasions to make sure that I was happy with the pace things were proceeding.
