Goods damaged by The Courier Guy.

I ordered a tail light for a vehicle from Eastvaal S****yard beginning December 2024, sender pack item in bubble wrap and layers of carboard and send me photo's proving it. The item arrived cracked and shattered on one corner, needless to say it is of no use and R3000 down the drain. I made contact with a Anke Klein whom reckons they as The Courier guy cannot be held responsible. After a number of emails I have had no joy from them only to hear that they are not the guilty party. How is this possible that you entrust a supposed reputable company with a item, they damage it and got paid for doing so. If this is the way they service their clients the public should be warned to not make use of them.
