Goods damaged and repacked by courier guy without permission

This is the worst service received, I ordered my bride and groom boxes via online and it was delivered by the courier guy, the owner of the business I ordered from bubble wrapped each fragile item and put fragile stickers everywhere on the box and in the one groom box a bottel broke and all the items was unusable, the worst part is courier guy opened the packages without permission to open and just threw everything that was wet into the box and closed it, I even found half of the broken Bottel inside the box underneath all the bridal boxes etc and the other half was removed by courier guy, they did not even inform the sender what happend, I just received my package in a new box (courier guy box)... The sender also paid exstra for over night delivery and it was delivered 2-3 days after so she paid exstra for what? I tried calling the courier guy over 10 times but no answer, and if you email them they just say they Wil look into it, this is very unprofessional and very sneeky of them to repack the box as if nothing happend?
