Good that turned out Bad

I'm so disappointed with this company after i used them for so long. I ordered chutney from a pensioner lady from Vryheid and asked her to send it with this company. Two of the six bottels broke by mishandling. They refused to refund the damage bottels. This lady makes chutney for a income as she is a pensioner! She send me a replacement wich i paid for as it wasn't her fault. But really, Courier Guy could've refund her.
