Good day, I'd like to write a review on the amazing service, I received from your customer service consultant, Ziaan Sechel, regarding my problem. He went out of his way to assist. I'd booked via the app for lockers however, with so many parcels, we found it difficult to find 6 lockers at the same place. We then decided to change them to book in at kiosks however, couldn't come right on the website. Ziaan assisted from start to finish, even giving me step by step pics and instructions, should I need to do the process again in the future. Ziaan is a helpful, patient person and definately an asset to the Courier Guy / PUDO company. Many thanks again Ziaan for your assistance and patience with me. Regards Shaneen vd Merwe
