Good communication and problem solving

My package lock***5 got lost send via Pudo Locker. Between Pudo and The Courier Guy the problem was resolved. The true colours of a company is shown not when things go well, but when things go wrong. In this case Pudo and The Courier Guy passed with flying colours. 😎
