Good bye The Courier Guy

For 5 years I've been using TCG for my company's parcels. So their scanning machine stuff up dimensions and I was over charged for 50kgs extra. I submitted video evidence to two managers and one submitted it to refund which TCG refused the request by the manager, for 5 years spending 12 to 15k a annum and I get treated like this even though I submitted video evidence of the dimensions, disgusting customer service and attitude when their operations make errors.
