GO SAPO, COURIER GUY SUCKS

Yesterday I phoned them to track my parcel from Thabazimbi to Midrand, the customer service consultant stated that my parcel will arrive by next week Monday.... This morning I received one of their meaningless communication messages, that stated my parcel is out for delivery... I phoned customer service again this afternoon and they said the driver experienced issues and my parcel will be delivered tomorrow, I then attempted to track my parcel via mail, customer service then got the useless operations department to attend to my request... Now how can one expect a decent service, from a department that can't even spell??? I gave operations the address I am based after hours, this character then proceeded to confirm delivery for the parcel at this address during working hours tomorrow 🤮 where I am not based🤮
