Games Played by the Courier Guy.

These Guys like playing games, I ordered a package through Amazon, which was promised to be delivered on wednesday, apparently they tried to call me twice in a space of 3 seconds or so, so they returned with the package to the hub, then they called to confirm address and we updated the address to a more direct one, they then pitched on Thursday without the package, then then made me sit the whole day on Friday for the delivery, mind you i saw the delivery truck in my area when i went to the shops, and guess what, delivery was aborted once again for whatever reason, mind you I ordered another package through amazon, which was to be delivered today, apparently the address is imcomplete (Same address that the Driver used to get to me without the other package on Thursday), but now its incomplete. So if you want to get frustrated and be sat at home from the time they send you the sms/Whatsapp msg in the morning at around 7nish informing you that they are out for delivery, do by all means use these guys.

Not the First time, last time I had to go personally to the Hub in Cape Town to collect documents sent overnight because they played the same game. I needed those documents urgently.

"best service to handle your package" as their jinggle tells you when you call the local cape town number that connects you to JHB and keep you waiting for an hour while they sort it out.

I dont know why Amazon is using these guys, next time will just use a collect point. Lesson learnt.
