Furious at terrible service

I'm very furious, I was supposed to receive my package from Johannesburg today (Lock***4) the adress says pretoria north because the adress is on a farm between brits and Hartbee****rt, The company name is R511 truck wash and stop. How hard is it to google maps a place, but no it's easier to say recipient not at adress and call it a day 😡😡I expect my delivery to be here before 5 otherwise i will take further action...
