Funds deposited for account

Courier Guy has disappointed me to the extreme. I opened an account with them online to use their services without going to the store. I deposited money to the account on the 3rd of December 2024. Up until now the funds have not reflected on my account and I have been calling them almost everyday to get clarity on the situation. I was sent back and forth send proof of payment I made and still I was not assisted up until today.
