Frustration over non-resolution of uncollected parcel

I am so disappointed in The Courier Guy. They were supposed to come and fetch my parcel on Friday the 4th November 2022 and I had waited until the last hour at which they had promised to fetch the parcel between 8am-5pm. It is now Monday and no concrete way forward as to when my parcel will be collected by this company. This is a parcel that needs to be in Cape town urgently and I have no idea what to do whereas I have paid for the service to take place and received a waybill number. At this point I would like my money back so that I can use a different courier company. Very frustrated by your service!
