frustrated poor service

A parcel was delivered to the courier company on monday the 7th january, according to tracking the parcel was manifested to secunda on the 8th, when i called to follow up the parcel was still in jhb the original place it was sent from, i have called everyday and it was told the parcel will arrive tomorrow, i called today friday 11th, the parcel is still at origin, so no one makes an effort to send the parcel when will i ever receive it
