🚨 *Frustrated & disappointed with TheCourierGuySA* 🚨

I booked a valuable parcel on *17 April 2025* from Potchefstroom to Vereeniging. To this day, it hasn’t arrived. Turns out — it was *wrongly delivered to a school in LIMPOPO* (yes, you read that right).

I had to: - Leave work and drive (R500 petrol) to their Head Office just to get answers - Book a *new waybill* and *personally call their Bela Bela depot* - Urgently request collection again — but as of now, *nothing has happened* and the parcel hasn’t been collected as yet

This is unacceptable. No communication. No urgency. No accountability.

I want my parcel safely delivered and all my costs reimbursed.
