Frustrated customer

I just gave it 1 star because am suppose to rate it...this courier company (the courrier guy Ltt facility) got the poorest service of all,My order was suppose to be delivered 3days after receiving it from bidorbuy but am still complaining about it in different branches which are responsible and its been 8 days now with no delivery or update.
