Frustrated

It is very annoying when you call The Courier Guy for an issue before 8am. The Lanseria department will pick up, but cannot assist and tell us to call the Durban Branch, butwhen you call the Durban branch nobody answers. You would think that the same company would open at the same time no matter where they are based but apparently not. Opening times should be available to all The Courier Guy customers to avoid frustration.
