FRUSTRATED!!

When you ask for parcels to be collected they confirm that Collection will take place, But then they disappoint you.

I requested for THE COURIER GUY RUSTENBURG to collect a parcel for me on the Wednesday, and when I got to there branch on Thursday.. They NEVER collected my parcel (Because the driver doesn't give them an Order number - Which is Given by us). I told them that I need it by Friday, so the Lady told me that she will make sure to collect it! Once again on Friday my Parcel was not there... It was on its way to ERMELO.. They then PROMISED me that my package will be there on Saturday morning. I also requested for them to collect a package for me on the Friday before 11:30 and once again they said it will be there on Saturday. When I called on Saturday they said that my parcels have arrived. Much to my disappointment only one parcel was there - (The one that was suppose to be here on Thursday) but they have LOST the other parcel.. They still don't take responsibility and shift the blame to you.

I am so FRUSTRATED and will NEVER use THE COURIER GUY ever again!!
