From Convenient to Frustrating – Pudo’s Service Has Gone Backwards

I’m very disappointed with the “new” Pudo service by The Courier Guy. The recent change that no longer allows you to reserve a drop-off locker is a complete waste of time and money.

Now you can only select a pick-up point, and you’re expected to just “find an available locker” when dropping off. The problem? Lockers fill up fast. That means I have to drive to one location, only to find it full, and then waste more fuel and time driving around to try another one. This defeats the whole point of a convenient courier service.

To make matters worse, this new system is more expensive than the old Pudo, while offering less reliability and convenience. Instead of making things easier for customers, TCG has created a frustrating, inefficient process that shifts the problem onto us.

Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend Pudo to anyone. It’s no longer the affordable, convenient service it used to be.
