From brilliant to DISGUSTING !!!

My parcel was collected in Pretoria on Thursday 27 Nov '25 (08:56) to be delivered to me in Fourways area. That usually takes about 1 day.

This morning when I tracked my parcel, it was still showing 'in transit'. I called the Jhb office just to be told it will be delivered only on Tuesday 02 Dec '25. FOUR days !! Something about peak season blah blah blah.

TCG went from brilliant service delivery to beyond PATHETIC to say the least !

This is how you treat loyal customers who have been supporting you (from XOC days) for over 15 years. Absolutely disgusting!! Clearly loyalty means NOTHING to you.
