From ABSOLUTE ZERO to an ASTOUNDING HERO

After 2 frustrating days with an attempt to change a receiving address of a package at The Courier Guy I was going to give a zero rating. After many frustrating phone calls with NO progress to get the problem solved I was just on the point to give up, I sent a WhatsApp pleading for a solution then was called by ZIAAN SECHEL/WHATSAPP AGENT.

Ziaan is the Hero we all look for in this mess of unhelpful, seemingly *********** agents. Ziaan phoned me, got to the bottom of the problem, phoned the relevant sections an got my problem resolved within 15minutes. THIS IS THE KIND OF GUY YOU WANT ON YOUR TEAM THAT WILL GET THE JOB DONE AND THE GOAL SCORED (speaking in soccer terms).

Spare yourself allot of trouble and ask for ZIAAN SECHEL/WHATSAPP AGENT if you need the job done. I pray he will get to a position to train and empower the fleet of agents there on how to get The Courrier Guy job done.

Now I will give them a 10 / 10. Thank you, Ziaan - you saved the day and The Courrier Guys reputation in our Archery community that send stuff on a daily basis to one another.
