********** transaction selling service which can not be delivered

Paying a ridiculous amount for an overnight delivery from Gauteng to Eastern Cape After 48 hour no delivery and when a follow up is done they claim their overnight policy is 2 to 3 days not sure how that classify as overnight maybe they should call it over Nights. Then all branches start to report Cape Town state it with Ceres; Ceres states its with Paarl; and Paarl says its with a third-party they do not delivery in the area however just as they failed to indicate its not an overnight delivery they also don't state the area is out of bound. Now we don't know where the parcel is the content is most probably spoiled and broken due to a week passed and the over night is still not delivered nor do we know if it ever will. So this is a ********** company that not only misinterpret the service they offer they overcharge to a ridiculous amount and hide behind call centre emails no once brave enough to answer phone calls and admit to their miserable behaviour
