Fragile means nothing

So this is what it looks like when #thecourierguy delivers fragile items. Boxes were clearly dropped. In fact, they even confirmed that they stacked heavy items on the boxes during transport. Their answer when we phoned to complain; it's bad but your problem. We don't offer insurance. In excess of R5000 worth of damage. Of the 7 boxes shipped, we had to throw away an equivalent of 4 boxes. This is after we specifically asked them if they were OK to transport fragile items. Packed and wrapped with bubble wrap and paper (same as what a removals company would do). Boxes were brand new (compared to what they looked like post delivery) Yes, we did phone them. Yes, we did try to lodge a complaint but was told that it's our responsibility. They don't carry any risk. Skuus ne!
