Fragile means FRAGILE!!!!

Good day I am extremely disappointed! They are definitely not the best courier company in SA. My package was broken when it arrived in Durban. The worst is I trusted them for a second time, as the previous parcel I sent through them a month ago, was also broken . I will make sure every I use every social platform to express my dismay with their services. This was something I had made for my elderly pensioner parents and I am not sure I can afford another one.
