Four days, parcel STILL not collected.

Not the first time. I booked a collection last week Thursday (7 December) for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. Today is the 11th of December, the parcel has not even been collected yet! The day is almost over again! How do you do business like this? Then the response 'office was closed on FRIDAY for collection? What time did you want to collect on Friday - 17h00?
