Fix the JHB branch because the letting us down

The Jhb branch has the worst service ever .Everytime I have to collect item in Jhb I always receive the same excuse of drivers claiming that they went to collect which is total bull .Mind you me the PUDO ends up cancelling your collection and my money gets forfeited. When you contact customer care they always say they escalating your case. Look into yours driver’s because you will loose out on a lot of customers
