Five-Star Recovery

I recently rated The Courier Guy 1 star after back and forth inadequate customer service, and as a result of the PUDO locker in my area being out of order, my packages were going to be returned for a refund. One of the supervisors reached out to me the next business day and rectified the situation with courtesy and understanding. I previously requested my packages to be picked up at the lockers, but the supervisor and driver went above and beyond to make sure I received my package at a different address. I felt it was important to give an update and leave a better review since my concerns were addressed and my problem was solved. I truly appreciated the professionalism and the service recovery.
