First and definitely last time

Was referred to using PUDO lockers operated by The Courier Guy. Tried it for first time, will never use again or refer people. Parcels dropped in locker. No notifications received as requested. One parcel seems to have taken nearly a week to get to en route with courier other appears to be still in the locker. Both parcels were heading in same direction. Also an error was made and an expiry date on 30th was given. Still no reimbur*****t of the money for the parcel that was not dropped off. Customer service centre takes so long to answer I ran out of airtime. First and last time as I'd rather pay more through somebody else and know I get the service. Your loss!!!
